020-EPOS is a service center managed by Georg Jansen since 2002 with around 900 employees in Essen, Oberhausen, Castrop-Rauxel and Dortmund. Our convictions manifested themselves early on in our corporate strategy. This, in turn, is the basis of our company guidelines: Every interpersonal and operational action is based on three priorities and is also evaluated according to these.

With our conversations, customer satisfaction is always the priority. With us, you start with basic training and, in addition to the theoretical knowledge, you also get the practical basics. Your further education does not end with the basic training but is integrated into your daily work. You will experience a continuous process of further education.
