RWE and Essener Chancen partner dresses Team III up in new gear.
Rot-Weiss Essen’s Team III in a fresh outfit: 020-EPOS GmbH, a premium partner located on Hafenstrasse and a committed cooperation partner of the “Essener Chancen” social initiative, has given the players of the inclusion team new clothes for their training sessions. Even project supervisor Benjamin de Biasi’s men are not allowed to stand together on the football field at the moment, the red and white team is very happy.
With two games fewer than the competition ahead of them, the third RWE team is currently in fourth place in the district league C. “Of course we hope to give Team III a boost in morale with the donation so that the team can continue to play so successfully,” reveals Sandra Danch, Personnel Manager/Trainer at 020-EPOS GmbH.
However, it is still unclear when the league, which was interrupted due to the current corona protection regulations, will continue. The men are currently not allowed to practice together on the field, either. “Of course we miss the training, and we can hardly wait to see each other again. The boys know what we can achieve this season and are hot. And the appointments also structure their everyday life,” says de Biasi and continues: “The new sports equipment is a great recognition of our social and sporting achievements. The outfits also strengthen the ‘we-feeling’ in the team, after all, we are now dressed in the same way for the practice sessions.”
Tani Capitain, Head of Opportunities in Essen, adds: “It is not taken for granted how intensively 020-EPOS GmbH supports our projects. We are grateful that we can count on this friendly cooperation.”
SHIRT SET FROM DÖBBE BAKERIES
The fact that the loyal project partners can be relied on was already proven by the Döbbe bakery, which provided Team III with brand-new outfits sporting the logo of the traditional Essen partner just last October. “The commitment shows us that Döbbe and 020-EPOS GmbH have our back. This support also increases our ambition to continue pursuing our goals on and off the field,” says de Biasi proudly.
